Our work together
As the sole proprietor of my practice, you and I will work together from start to finish. Our goal for the first few sessions will be to get to know each other, identify your goals, and create a plan for achieving these goals. I will support and guide you through the process by asking questions, listening, and offering insights based on my experience, training, current psychological research and continuing education I am pursuing in depth psychology. 

I utilize a variety of techniques and philosophies so that our work is customized to your needs. You are the driver on your life journey and my role will be to help you navigate in a supportive and collaborative way. 

I offer both morning and afternoon weekday appointments. My standard session fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. In some cases, I am able to offer a sliding scale, please inquire about this if the full fee would prevent you from pursuing therapy. Additional services outside the session (paperwork, telephone calls, clinical supervision, emails, etc) are also charged at this rate. 

A credit card is required to secure your appointment but I also accept cash payments at the time of service as well as Flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) healthcare plans. I can also provide you with a “Superbill” to file with your insurance if you have out of network benefits –please check with your insurance company to determine these benefits.

As a new client, you will need to fill out several forms before therapy can begin. To make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, I utilize a HIPPA compliant online software for this. After your initial appointment request, I will send you an email with a link to the intake forms and scheduling portal. You make use this client portal 24/7 to make, review, and cancel appointments. These forms are required prior to your first appointment.
